I have enjoyed my career to date however I now feel it is time to start out on my own and with my extensive and growing knowledge of pastry and lust for fine food I hope to be able to deliver the highest quality cakes and confectionery with a professional standard. I also look forward to passing on my knowledge to others by teaching basic cookery and pastry in the future.
